Juliet Shrader

Juliet has been in the mortgage industry for 4 years.  She received her Mortgage Loan License and started her career in the conventional lending industry and then moved to hard money private lending.  During her time in conventional lending, she worked as a loan processor and then moved to a lead position in the disclosure development department.  She developed training materials for the loan processors and disclosure department. Juliet moved jobs to work in the hard money private lending industry loan processing, loan originating, and servicing home loans. She loves engaging with her clients and brings her knowledge and dedication to the mortgage industry.

While growing her career in the mortgage industry, Juliet received her Health and Wellness Coaching license and is working on her personal trainer license and Nutrition Certification.

Juliet has 2 kids and a daughter-in-law.  She loves to travel, watch movies, and spend time outdoors.  She also enjoys exercising, music, attending concerts, and watching the Kansas City Chiefs.
